About me

Fanni K. Tóth

I embarked on my legal journey by obtaining a law degree from Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2018. I also received a degree in English studies with a specialization in English in the Media at Eötvös Loránd University, which equips me with the ability to provide comprehensive legal services to both Hungarian and English-speaking clients.

Further expanding my knowledge and global perspective, I was awarded the Erasmus+ scholarship, which enabled me to study law at Queen's University Belfast. This international experience enriched my understanding of legal systems and enhanced my ability to navigate complex legal issues with a broad-minded approach.

After completing my studies, I began my professional journey as a trainee lawyer at a renowned Budapest-based law firm specializing in white-collar crimes. I gained such significant experience in the field of criminal defense and representation of the injured party that I was awarded second place in the defence category at the Budapest Bar Association’s trial speech competition in the fall of 2022. I successfully passed the bar exams in 2023, solidifying my position as a qualified attorney.

In addition to practicing law, I am an avid student of foreign languages. I am currently studying Korean and Russian, in addition to speaking Hungarian, English and German.

Bence Szombath

I received my law degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2018 with "cum laude". During my university years, I was awarded an Erasmus+ scholarship, as a result of which I worked for three months in Vienna in a German-Hungarian speaking Austrian law firm.

After receiving my degree, I worked for six months as a trainee lawyer at a law firm in Budapest specialising in claims management and civil litigation. In spring 2019, I joined a highly reputable law firm in Budapest with a broad client base, where I worked for almost three and a half years as a trainee lawyer. After passing the bar exam in 2022, I founded Szombath Law Firm and started practising as an attorney.

My main areas of practice are civil litigation, support for the day-to-day management of companies, including corporate proceedings, employment law, drafting contracts, claims management and municipal administration.
