Criminal defence

I undertake the provision of full criminal defense during both the investigation and court proceedings. My specializations include economic, traffic and drug-related crimes, as well as professional misconduct cases.

Compliance

Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding the establishment of the internal regulation system of companies. In this context, I undertake the development of the internal procedures and policies of companies and updating them based on compliance with the law, as well as commenting on and reviewing the regulations and policies that have already been introduced by the company. I am also happy to assist in the preparation of GDPR policies.

Legal representation of the injured party or victims

In the course of providing legal representation for the injured party, I undertake to prepare and file a denunciation, send a lawyer's letter, as well as maintain contact with the authorities on my clients' behalf, and enforce their civil claims.

Corporate and contract law

I am happy to support my clients in the preparation of sales contracts, commission contracts, enterprise contracts and cooperation agreements, as well as in the negotiation of their conditions. In other respects, I undertake to comment on contracts drawn up by others. (both in English and Hungarian)

Whistleblower protection

I provide assistance in the establishment of the whistleblowing reporting system to the organizations which turn to me, and - based on special assignment - I act as a whistleblower protection attorney and if needed, as an investigator during internal investigations to be conducted based on whistleblowing reports.

(Legal) Translations

I undertake to help my clients with professionally translating their (legal) documents from Hungarian to English and vice versa.
